Programming

Programming, an interactive information-gathering process, is the foundation of every successful project. During this phase, we ask questions about your needs and goals to identify the parameters and objectives of your project. This ensures that all of the details—workflow, traffic patterns, technology, budget and schedule—are incorporated into the design.

Space Planning

Space planning entails interpreting the space requirements and organizational goals articulated during programming. We analyze the information from the perspective of our extensive design knowledge and business experience, and develop space layout recommendations for your project needs.

Architecture and Interior Design

Our staff partners with you to develop the design concepts that reflect your preferences and your needs, with attention to detail throughout the project. We guide you through the process of plan development—site plans, architectural details, finishes and furniture—including budget analysis and project scheduling.

Construction Documentation

We use the latest software to help develop the appropriate construction plans and documents and to track progress. Our team of architects and designers work closely with the contractor to ensure your design is implemented as planned and on schedule.
