CB Richard Ellis, the largest commercial real estate firm in the world, was looking to consolidate its Twin Cities organization, which had been on multiple floors in multiple buildings—into one central location.
The goal was to create a LEED-certified space that would be upscale but not opulent—a setting that would appeal to a broad range of clients and would be equally accommodating to personnel who interface with clients as well as those who are involved in “back of the house” operations.
In short, the space had to truly reflect the CB Richard Ellis brand and the values the company stands for.
