Effective space design proves
to be a valuable investment.

Client: Northwestern Mutual Life
Project Type: Corporate
Size: 32,000 SF

The goal of the project was to create an efficient environment for the company’s wealth management division—a “Class A’ office tower-style facility that would impress an upscale client base but in a one-story facility. There were several obstacles that needed to be overcome, most notably the building’s low ceiling structure.

From conference room and training facilities to public areas, BDH & Young designed an environment that integrates technology beautifully—and employs wood, glass and stainless steel to a handsome effect. While the interior has an elegant feel, it also makes highly efficient use of space.
