Programming

Space Planning
Space planning entails interpreting space requirements and organizational goals articulated during programming.  We analyze the information from the perspective of our extensive design knowledge and business experience, and develop space layout recommendations for your project needs.

Architecture and Interior Design
Our staff partners with you to develop the design concepts that reflect your preferences and your needs, with attention to detail throughout the project.  We guide you through the process of plan development - site plans, architectural details, finishes and furniture - including budget analysis and project scheduling.

Construction Documentation
BDH&YOUNG uses the latest software to help develop the appropriate construction plans and documents and to track project progress. Our team of architects and designers work closely with the contractor to ensure your design is implemented as planned and on schedule.
