BDH developed a design concept for a public space renovation of Oracle Centre and International Centre. Using in-house expertise and advanced technology, realistic renderings and a virtual walkthrough were created to accurately illustrate the design concept to the client. The design celebrated the architectural volume of the building, cultivated energy within the space, and improved the branding for the building, distinguishing it from other class A office buildings located downtown. Design features incorporated into the plans included co-working space for flexibility, a wine bar for socialization, a platform fireplace lounge for relaxation, and a rooftop experience overlooking the Minneapolis skyline. The amenity-rich atrium was designed to create an active third place and drive leasing activity within the building.
